Dr. Keith Ackerman

CEO / Director

Dr. Ackerman holds both an M.B.A. as well as a Ph.D. in hospital administration.  He has many years of experience in health care administration serving both for-profits as well as not-for-profit ministries.  Dr. Ackerman began his Health Care Career by serving as Director of a mission hospital in Honduras, C.A.  

He has also served as a multi-site director for Addus Healthcare, Inc. and worked with Migrant Health Care Centers in the U.S.   He has served as both CEO and CFO of various organizations and has specialized in new program start-ups along with a strong emphasis in business development.  

Along with a career in the health care arena, Dr. Ackerman holds credentials as an ordained minister with the Bible Methodist Connection of Churches.  Serving and making a significant difference in the life of another has long been a passion and continues to be Dr. Ackerman’s career commitment.

Dr. Michael Iqbal Nisari

Medical Superintendent

Dr. Michael received his MBBS from Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore. He did his house job at Lahore General Hospital Lahore and has been serving at CHS since 1994. He started serving as a Medical Superintendent of the hospital back in 2002 and is still serving in the same position today which shows the strong confidence of management in his leadership abilities as he is carrying this responsibility so well on his able shoulders.

He has been serving the local community as a competent family physician for the last 28 years and made his practice so productive that people from all around the province come to the hospital asking for him specifically as their trust in his competency and in the name of this Hospital has elevated in all these years.

He is currently the president of the Pakistan Academy of Family Physicians Sahiwal Chapter and has also been serving Sahiwal Doctor Community as an executive member since 2006. Currently, he is the vice president of the Pakistan Medical Association Sahiwal.

Sister Parveen Akhter Nobel

Nursing Superintendent

Sr. Parveen received her Nursing Education at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Nancy Fulwood Hospital. Her post-graduation training was at Jinnah Post Graduate Medical College. Her commitment to the work of the hospital is summarized best as she says she wants to “Serve the hospital as though we serve the Lord: with dedication, honesty and hard work.”
